Peerblock 1.1 administrator privilege second session

Hello

Peerblock requires administrator privileges in the second session on Windows 2003.

Nothing to do for it to work in a restricted session.

:-(

PeerBlock needs administrative privileges because it uses a kernel driver.

There's not much you can do at the moment besides letting PeerBlock run with admin privileges.
