many IGMP protocol blocks?

Recently peerblock started to bock many IGMP protocol requests.
The source is my IP and the Destination is 224.0.0.22
Is this bad?

Not bad at all. That IP address belongs to the Multicast range. Its used by programs such as Itunes to connect to your Ipod using UPnP. I had a similar issue with my Zune using 224.x.x.x IPs when plugged into my computer.

You problably have the Bogon, Iana Reserved or Iana Multicast lists loaded. No need to block these lists.
