Receiving "UPDATE LIMIT EXCEEDED" despite paying

I have paid for the subscription but seem to be treated as if I didn't. I put my member number into the appropriate place yet as of 3 days ago, I always get the "EXCEEDED" message. I don't get it! (And like some members above, HAVE RECEIVED a notification from my ISP despite having PB turned on).

If you are sure you have both your Username and PIN under the I-Blocklist Subscription in PeerBlock's Settings 1 tab, you might want to contact fakhir via e-mail. He's the guy in charge of I-Blocklist. Nobody else on the forum can do anything about the workings of that site.
