Is there a way to determine which process is trying to access an IP?

Basically i have something constantly trying to access something called NASK Research, a couple of times each minute, but i can't find what is trying to access it. I've scanned my computer for malware and it has come up as clean. Is there any way to find which process or file is trying to access an IP so i can delete it?

Thanks

You could try something like TCPView ( [technet.microsoft.com] ).

Thanks, this software looks promising, but do you know if there is a way to tell it to only show connections going to a certain IP?

Not to my knowledge, unfortunately.
