Any command switches available ?
September 21, 2010 11:20AM
Ive browsed the site and forum and cannot find any command line switches, I'm looking for one to allow HTML. I use Always Up and have peerblock set as a service.

Thx in advance for any help.

There are no command line switches in PeerBlock. You can "Allow HTTP" if that's what you mean.

Then please add them.

I don't see why you need them. You can 'Allow HTTP' and exit PeerBlock. Next time it starts up, it will have HTTP allowed.

When we get this running as a service it might be nice to include some switches for people who run it on Windows Server 2008 /r2 Core. Where everything is run with powershell or command-line approach. IMHO

Are you able to get PB to load along with the service too. Getting error messages(driver won't load).

I wish that were the case madstan but its gonna be awhile before PeerBlock runs as a service.

"This is a long-term project, requiring a rewrite of much of the core code. This will
be the basis for our PeerBlock 2.0 release."

Nope, I can load only one at a time and it seems to be doing its job. That's fine tho I'm just glad a service is planned as i will be using it for a while to come, I'm good for now, just now and again i need to make sure i update as i need to do this manually.

Great work guys, Thanks again for the hard work.
