Its part of the P2P list. I think its related to the TorrentPrivacy application....not sure. I would need to know the IP Address and Port.

The IP is found on the following lists below. The name might be associated with a Porn Dialer a few years ago from the publisher "Haldex Ltd":

They are a online copyright infringement company selling products to protect from online copyright infringement. their system scans for copyrighted material being illegally downloaded and reports it to the copyright holder with IP addresses.

However they also say, CHECKTOR is a public non-profit organization which is commited to elimination of threats for Internet users. Project CHECKTOR.COM(CHECKing TORrents) is created for scanning data that flows throuth Internet via BitTorrent protocol, detecting harmful files (such as viruses) and reporting to tracking sites for removal of such files.

becareful they want to get your confidence but beware as they are doing more than just protecting bit torrent downloads
