Adding ability to use IP/CIDR

Here's a sample of a list i'm working on:

190.36.23.68-190.36.23.68
192.111.146.15-192.111.146.15
200.93.52.120-200.93.52.120
107.23.180.148-107.23.180.148
190.204.107.46-190.204.107.46
190.199.90.222-190.199.90.222
186.93.224.71-186.93.224.71
190.36.239.76-190.36.239.76
119.9.33.171-119.9.33.171
190.206.243.55-190.206.243.55
186.14.46.251-186.14.46.251
186.95.119.56-186.95.119.56
212.138.92.17-212.138.92.17
190.204.85.91-190.204.85.91
186.94.161.180-186.94.161.180
110.77.211.247-110.77.211.247

Now..Though i have the single ranges, that's not hard to accompish in notepad++ using regEx codes. However, I don't see any support for this:
186.95.119.56/20
212.138.92.17/20
190.204.85.91/18
186.94.161.180/24
110.77.211.247/16

This would automatically populate the IP ranges for you, so for example:

186.95.119.56/13 would generate:
Network: 186.88.0.0
CIDR: 186.88.0.0/13
Mask: 186.88.0.0/255.248.0.0
Network Range: 186.88.0.0 - 186.95.255.255
Total addresses: 524,288

And simply add in 186.88.0.0-186.95.255.255 (Too many to be honest, however, you get to chose the range).

Simply put this feature is a need for anyone, like myself, who is really hardcore into creating updated lists.

Removing Web-Proxies, TOR Exit Nodes, Anti-P2P, Government, Hackers, Omegle IPs, etc!
